how do i get themes on to my nokia?

I have a nokia 6230i and I can download themes on to my nokia via bluetooth but icannot open these and use them on my fone, what format do the have to be in?

if u have mIRC den it will be easy for u but if u dont have the software no prob, u shud try to search ur stuff at funmaza.com

install the application manager in your phone in this way yaou can tranfer the themes and softwares
