Seriously, Kemp should be playing in stead of Jose Cruz...I really think he is wasting his at bats opportunistically...

He's just not that good. But the Dodgers are still in the hunt. Cruz is an excellent defensive outfielder. you need to consider all the pros and cons of starting a guy, it's not all about offense.

This is Jose Cruz Jr. You were expecting the second coming of Duke Snider? Cruz is a 10 year vet with a lifetime BA of .249, his best year ever he hit .274 . So .237 ain't that far out of the norm for him...

I agree with David E, he's just not that good. I don't think Cruz is throwing games. Besides, Repko is back and he will probably get more playing time. Cruz will end up on the bench.
