Can we have ''clean nation'' countries?

If a clean nation is consisted by same blood-language and religion, can we have today countries of one nation habitats and is it true that multiculture countries are like ''Bustard'' childs?

u sound like a racist if u hate multiculture countries.

Anyways, there are many countries that are like that, like the middle east ones.
