Brake fluid is flammable, but it would ruin the engine because it's nowhere near as combustible as gas.

As for the cooling system, DOT 3 or 4 brake fluid wouldn't combine with the antifreeze, but it would definitely absorb the water, so the car may overheat. I've never thought about the results of pouring brake fluid into other systems before.
