It depends on what, in whom, they believe and why. In all, they are better than anything else I know of. Eastern religions don't appeal to me..remember 9/11? Watch the news, read a newspaper...not good. Atheists evolutionist's..kind of like believing in nothing, and that's just what it is...nothing! You might try reading the Bible and other Christian works, Listen or talk to a reputable minister and see why they believe what they believe. That may be the best way to find out. Good sources of the above can be found in person, book stores, radio, TV, internet. Best Wishes.....

I view christians like I would anyone else. Just like there are bad people in this world there are bad christians. Just like there are pushy people in this world there are pushy christians.
Why would I view a "christian" any different than I would anyone else.

okay no offense is intended, this is just MY honest opinion and my experience. i used to think of christians just like i think of anyone else....just regular good people. then i met this girl who nagged me, and preached to me, and bugged me, and pressured me, and said things to me like not going to church is allowing the devil in my life and the lives of my children, she was constantly making references to me about god and how when something negative happened to me, ANYTHING negative at all like missing an appointment, that it was because i wasn't making time for god, there were references made about my children not going to heaven, my soul was going to burn in hell, i had bibles given to me over and over again even after i said out loud that i believe in something else and please back off, etc........(by the way she is not the ONLY christian who has done this to me, she was just the straw that broke the camel's back). the entire ordeal was just completely INSANE and it led me to think of christians as a brainwashing cult who recruits anyone they can and can't take no for an answer. my views of christians was much higher when they just left me alone to believe in what i want!! now here's my disclaimer, i know that my statement above doesn't describe ALL christians, i am just saying that a few people ruined my views for the whole group.

Depends on the individual. How do you view Blacks, or how do you view Asians. Let's generalize shall we, it will get you REALLY far in life. We are all humans.

when somebody tells me that they have an imaginary friend that wrote a book telling them how to live every minute of their life i loose a little bit of respect for them.
that is what i think of not just Christians but all religions.

i feel that i am a christian. i don't feel that you have to go to church or even go at all. as long as you have god in your heart and let him into your life, your a true believer.
