I was considering the Bellagio but it may be too expensive.

the wynn is overrated
the bellagio is great, but way too expensive for what you get
caesar's is the best, but again a little too expensive.
paris is again a little expensive, but gorgeous
the best bang for your buck is mandalay bay (a little far from everything else as it is the last hotel on the strip), mgm (connected to the monorail), new york (great and inexpensive food), the mirage (lots to do and the pool is magnificent), aladdin (small rooms, but one great mall attached)
bally's, harrah's, and treasure island aren't as pretty, but pretty inexpensive if you aren't going to stay in your hotel a lot
i have never been to monte carlo or luxor
don't stay at imperial palace (dirty last time i was there), flamingo and tropicana (not worth the price, for $20 more a night you can stay somewhere better), or excalibur (all kids)

Depends on what you want to spend, the best are the Wynn hotel,the new york new york, the bellagio as you mentioned also the venetian are top places to stay. Places like ballys or the luxor are nice places that are not as high priced.

Best quality = expensive.. perhaps you might want to consider Wynn

Do you belong to Costco? They have great deals on ALL the hotels. I recently stayed at the New York New York! It was Great!

For the price, Flamingo(best pool and best location) or try Ceasers if your willing to spend some bucks.
