Its 16 for gay and straight - Though there is a legal quirk where if both are underage then the boy can be charged with rape, even if he's younger then the girl

Its 16 for both homosexual and heterosexual sex. It used to be older for homosexual sex until Britain integrated the European Human Rights act into law - and this prohibits discrimination based on sexual orientation.

In England Scotland and Wales, it is 16 for homosexual or heterosexual people.
In Northern Ireland it is 17 for homosexual or heterosexual people.

I dunno. The legal age here in Canada is 14. Canada used to be a commonwealth of Britain. If I were to venture a guess I would say 14.
