I have 2 dogs and 2 cats
Cat pros
Dont have to walk them
easy to clean up after
dont want constant attention
affectionate
dogs pros
Insanely in love with me
alwasy hapy to see me
love to take long walks that get me off my butt
They are protective

I would say Cat since I have 3 but I also like my snake, and my turantula. If I got a dog it would be a "pocket pouch" Cat's just know what they want and like and don't give a crap what you want. They are very independent. If you are working all day and the animal stays home by themself think about maybe a cat or two. they are very well behaved if you get them young and train them. My cats get along great. I started out with 1 got the 2nd as a friend for the 1st and got the 3rd because my husband has a big heart.

I prefer dogs because they don't jump up onto counter tops and drop hair in your food. I have to say, though, that I like a cat's personality...they won't come to you just because they're your 'best friend'. Cats are mysterious. Dogs are loyal.

They both have their good points and bad, but I personally can't pick. I have two cats and a dog and I love them all to pieces.

I love all , but a cat makes me mad when they walk in your sinks and all over countertops and leaves wet dirty foot prints on everything if they wouldn't climb and do that I would love to have a house cat

Ahh, hard decision between birds and dogs. I've had birds longer, though... but I love dogs. Probably dogs, they are some times easier to take care of.
