Masturbate with an object (dildo or vibrator). That would break the hymn.
Also, use a lot of lube if you think it's going to hurt very bad, AND MAKE SURE YOU USE A CONDOM!
rccle, your hymn has to be broke. If you have a penis inside of you, it's broken. It connects to both walls. And it's a thin tiny membrane of skin, not something big or bleedy all the time. It can't reconnect, and it can't break with blood and come back again. Once you've bled from your hymn break, its gone. If it's uncomfortable, that's not from hymn, that's just normal stretching that your crotch isn't used to. Use more lube.

It may not even hurt. The first time I had sex it didn't hurt at all.. however.. with the boyfriend I'm with now, it always hurts. And just because you have sex doesn't mean your hymen will break. Mine never has, its still in tact. I wish it would.. it stretches every time and it sometimes bleeds just a little, but it never rips.. so certain positions really hurt.

sometimes your hymen wont break the first time you have sex! my girlfriend had been with 3 guys before i met her and none of them popped her cherry. you will know when your hymen breaks cause you will bleed.
