Sorry honey but I think you are getting punked. Paris is by no means dumb, it is all an act. Would she be getting half the attention she does if she didn't act like that? She knows how to play her cards. Jessica on the otherhand has no class and I would say she is the dumber of the two.

while jessica is just not to bright a person,its quite natural.
paris on the other hand is probably of average intelligence playing the fool, which is definately incredibly dumb.especially to add to that fire is the fact that millions of impressionable girls idolize her for whatever reason and try to emulate her, thinking" that's hot, I can be hot too" she's poison for society, and dumb.
