Is it pronounced like ;Rae?, or is it like Mira. Either way it's pretty. When I was younger, I hated my name ,Because it is so long,But now I realize there is not to many people with my full name out there. Ria is unique but not odd or stupid.

Nothing wrong with her name at all as far as I can see. Although it is spelled differently, Rhea Pearlman is a famous comedic actress and is married to Danny DeVito. They are a very wealthy, happy couple with a couple of kids. I want to school with a girl named Barbara Sweat...now that was a wierd name!

Ria spelled backwards is Air. Now that's weird. My sister's name is Azen, now that's weird.

I like it short but sweet
I looked it up at dictionary.com but what it means isn't all that great http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/Ria
then I looked at babynames.com but it doesn't have very great meaning either
