What do you mean "get physical"

If you mean sex, well, that's the most popular way to get HIV, so....

If you mean fist fights, well, there have been documented cases of people getting HIV from bloody fist fights but I'd guess it is unlikely. Not that I'd run out and start looking for fights.

They can only get aids if one of them already has it. two men "going physical" that don't have aids/hiv cannot catch aids from each other as long as there are no other risk, like iv drug use or multiple partners.

Anal sex maybe the number one way to get AIDS but first one of the people have to be HIV positive. If you are thinking about having sex make sure that you are protected and use a condom.

The truest form of safe sex is no sex.

Hmmm, not unless one of the already has it. In any case, you should be protected before sex even if you are clean. You can never be too safe.
