Ham Rice.....?

How many of you love eating ham rice. Using the ham dripping to make a good ol' pot of ham rice. YUM YUM..

I have never tried it, but if I like spanish rice with ham in it, I prolly would like that too.

I usually make it with using the ham itself to season. Or even better, make a pot of kidney beans with ham, and serve over rice.
