I love pickled pig feet as you all know by my other question. I wonder what pickled Pigs Tails would taste like. The same many??

I used to eat pigs tails when I was younger. Not pickled. My Mom would just boil them.
I also used to eat pickled pigs feet and souce. My taste has changed.
