yes he is. THey have been going strong for about 2 and a half years. They are really in love! I was a big jesse mccartney fan before now I am a nick whitaker fan. But not as big as i was jesse. I think katie cassidy is really nice. But Nick whitaker is a lot cuter than jesse and i am not obsessed with either of them.
