i think they are, but it's weird cause my friends don't. they all go for vocalists.

Oh my goodness, I completely agree with you. I've never met anyone else who thought drummers were hot, but I definitely think they're the hottest instruments.
As for my favorite drummer... hm. That's hard.

Well, I don't like them because I think they're hot, but John Bonham and Ginger Baker. They're just really awesome drummers, I'm not attracted to them ... lol! I can't think of a hot drummer off hand. Maybe Tommy Lee.

I think it's cause they don't get as much attention as say the frontman does.
So they have this element of mystery about them, that makes them intriguing.
Also, they're always placed to the back as opposed to being the center/ front of the stage as the rest of the band members.
My picks are, Ryan Dusick, the drummer from the band Maroon 5 & Joey Zehr from the band, The Click Five.

They're hot because drumming is exertion. Same reason basketball players are hot.
The best drummer was the little drummer boy.

I'm not sure if I agree with you on the whole "Hot" issue, but my favorite drummer was & always will be John Bonham from Led Zeppelin ("Moby Dick"! R.I.P!). His talent made him kinda "Hot", I guess....
