Now, I love Setphen Colbert. I love his show, and I think he is a genius. I myself am Republican, but that doesn't matter. On his show, he seems more like a Republican than a Democrat....does anyone know for sure?

I am not sure what his persuasion is, but I am sure that he is satarizing and making fun of republicans like Bill O'Reilly. Whether he is poking fun at himself or at others, I am not sure.

He's masquerading as a Republican, that's the entire premise for his show! He's very good at it, I grant you; even the Bush handlers fell for it. That's how he got invited to that breakfast, where he handed Bush some of the most direct critcisms he's ever had to face...I never laughed so hard before in my life.

If you can, get ahold of some of the Jon Stewart shows, back when Colbert was one of his crew. Colbert has built his entire show around being pseudo Republican, while exposing some of the worst characteristics of the neoconservatives in the guise of a believer. Sheer comic genius.

He seems to mock all ideologies equally. Or at least, he seems to try.

What if he's neither? There's more to the human race than Republicans or Democrats, you know.

One thing is certain: he's the master of the ad-lib. Can you believe how fast he comes up with his hilarious comments?

It would be ironic if he turns out to be the one thing that Republicans and Democrats can agree on.

He is a self-proclaimed Democrat - when he's on T.C.R he is in character (and does a very good job at it). In reality, he leans towards the left - but still holds some conservative ideals, such as his Catholicism (he still teaches Sunday school).

no matter what, we all love him!
