it's not weird to have a crush, but it's not normal to act on a crush with an older man. Is he married? THere's a million reasons NOT to act on it, and NOT ONE reason to take it further than a silly crush. You'll get over it.

No, as long as you don't act on it if you have a great distance in age. If he acts on it, tell someone even though you like him too. Little crushes are fine, but don't get invloved with him if you are young.
