Depends on the subject and your work ethic. Mathematics is probably going to take you around 12 years if you go through the masters program first. You can skip your masters and go straight on to doctorate if you are extremely confident, but I wouldn't. That would cut you down to an average of 8 years.
Like I said, though, it all depends on how hard you're willing to work.

Well.. it will take 4 or 5 years to get your B.S.
2 or 3 more years to get your M.S.
And then it all depends on whether or not your work it accepted by the school your looking to get your Ph.d. from.
But at the least... if you took on a HUGE school load, and studied and researched all the time. 6 years, minimum.
