The main problems with this are three things:

Sagittarian point of view here; my experience w/virgos outside my family...

1) they're clingy. The problem here is that I'd befriend one, and we'd hang out one day, and then I'd be getting calls every single day--"what're you doing? Can I come too?" I need space, and it was like, way too close for my comfort. The virgo boyfriend calls entirely too often entirely too early in the relationship, and thus really turns me off of the entire situation, which leads me to reason #2...

2) Sagittarian "mood swings." I get so tired of this statement. What really happens in mood-swing situations is that we're dealing with people who are really, really annoying, or have a proclivity toward doing something really annoying. We, being the benevolent people we are, try and cope with this and deal with it, in an effort not to hurt their feelings. More often than not, virgos (in addition to their clinginess) have a series of nit-picking "pet peeves" that they INSIST on inflicting upon their partners. "Did you HAVE to put that there? Why can't you just do THIS...? You're not doing that right..." Things like these can build up over time, and the Sag in the situation will most likely explode seemingly "out of nowhere" in response, when in actuality, these annoyances have been tugging at their thoughts for days--they simply didn't say anything. Which, of course, leads me to reason #3...

3) Virgoan sensitivity. When virgos get upset, they tend so say some pretty off the wall stuff, and no-one loves a good argument like a Sag. This tends to be the main problem in Virgo-Sag relationships (apart from the above two). Usually, it'll go something like this:

Pet Peeve occurs. Virgo gets upset. Sag blows it off. Virgo says something mean. Sag, feeling wronged, tops this by saying the most harsh and evil thing she can think of. Virgo gets even more upset at this blatant insensitivity on Sag's part. Sag tells Virgo to go f*&^ him/herself because he/she should've never started it.

Now, this kind of thing would be easy to resolve if it weren't for the fact that Virgo seems completely closed to the option of being wrong--as is Sag. The difference is, Sag would be willing to apologize if Virgo came forward first. But virgo won't come forward first, because he/she can't see the wrong in what they did/said. It's all down hill from there.

i dont know about the match for you but my husband is a virgo and he is very... uh... critical. virgos speak there mind. what ever comes to mind during an anger session, they say it. and it can be some cold cruel heartless stuff too. so ask your self, am i tough when it comes to this stuff? do things like this roll off my back or am i sensitive and fall apart easlily? i used to fall apart. i couldnt handle it and after 17 years of marriage ive just recentley learned to deal with it, (with help from effexor, my anti depressant)
