I hate to admit it but I think we white people are really a bunch of arrogant, inconsiderate, spoiled pricks. Sometimes I can't stand looking in the mirror thinking what some of my brethren have done throughout history, and continue to do today.
I guess this makes me a reverse-racist. Who's with me on this? Not necessarily just white people; anyone feel free to jump in.

All races will have acts to be proud of and others to fault. Don't let it keep you from upholding the best values of mankind. You are a person, not a race.

I agree with DowJonesInd, yet I can see your point. There's no use wallowing in bad feelings for self, as that only leads to further problems that affects everyone. "The Bible says, "For all have sinned and fall short of God's glory." Speaking of prejudice, even though it is true many white folks used to buy and own slaves, it was the black Africans who sold their own brothers to other countries / the highest bidder.
Yet we should examine ourselves, even as a culture sure. There are many things about our culture that could use a discerning eye like the fact that we rove around in our big wheels like big wheels not connected involved in real caring relationships that we truly risk that ego in. That's what people are made for--RELATIONSHIP! Instead we stay stuck in our agendas, ruts, routines, and make all the little children subservient to our conveniences, instead of knowing the true joy of spending hours and hours in caring play and healthy conversations with spouse and family.
Okay, I'll admit I get on my pedant podium and preach it!!

I'm mixed with Mexican and white, when i was in school as a teen i was embarrassed of my white side, I'm not anymore
