We have changed the password, but now she has changed her ID info so we can't even change her pass word. We have no visability on her account. How do we get access to her account. Our primary account was deleted in the past, which was the link to hers. We just got in back so any change now we can view, but we can't view what she already changed. Any assistance is appriciated.

Well, you are the parent. Ground her from the computer. Put it in an area where everyone can see it. Supervise her when you allow her on it. Don't look for technology to do your job, pull the plug on her.

keep her of the computer until she gives you her id and password. remove it from the house if necessary. She is doing something she doesn't want you to know about if she won't give you her account id.

What ID INFO? your PC's ID, yahoo ID, internet... which one?

Maybe you should make her give her passwords as a condition of using the computer.

If you have XP then do a "restore" and pick a date before she did all the changing.

reboot your computer start it all over again and tell her she will abide by your rules or she can't play on the computer plain and simple, shoot, she's your kid take some control
