i have so much to offer to the world, but because i seem to get the heat up whenever i'm around, i'm not having any luck getting a job. i don't know how to keep my knowledge to myself so they say i'm a know it all, but i'm sharing in pure innocents. i love to know how, why, what , and i mean about everything for no reason.( just becuase.) but it makes lots of people mad when u correct them, or even let on to the fact that you know anything at all. and it seems i always have to prove myself to be correct. by then it's all not even worth my kind though of sharing something that thought would have been appriciated. i need some advice on how i can accomplish my goals. i would like to use my intellegence without being insulted, as well as continue to learn and perfect my many differnt skills

you need to learn to control your emotions, because right now they are controlling you.
There is much wisdom in silence, and sometimes you just have to listen to people.
I would advise that you adopt a professional attitude and improve your listening skills, brush up that resume, and go get em!
good luck.

The good news is- you have enough self-awareness to see your behavior and how it can affect others. Your heart is apparently in the right place, but it sounds like you need to work on the presentation of your ideas. If you are in a position where you need to find a job, a "I'm willing to learn and be a part of the team" attitude may be more productive. Then, as people get to know you and your strengths, you can begin to make contributions and suggest things.
People may be misinterpreting your eagerness as bossiness. And one final thought, said with the utmost respect, I would drop the "drama queen" thing altogether. People don't have time for that in the work environment. Best of luck.

Call Dr. Phil!
No joke! I bet he'd love to have someone with a problem like yours on his show! And he usually winds up with a line of people willing to hire the person on sitting in the audience! Im not much of a Dr. Phil fan, but what have you got to loose! Besides you might just need a little lesson in tact and he could help you out with that! Your other option might be a life coach, but they can get pretty expensive!

In general, no one wants to work with someone labeled as 'difficult'. Try to show off a strictly analytical mind during an interview, accompanied by, of course, strong but disciplined social skills.

You are who you are, don't let anyone look down on you. You'll accomplish your goals if you don't let obstacles and peoples opinions get in the way. Take their insults, and use it to strengthen your character. You'll find the right job, just keep searching, and if you have to take your personality down a notch then do it, but not for them... for you.

Perhaps how you correct people and how you generally come accross is "stuck up" work on your body language and tone and see if that makes a difference!
