Just about EVERY song by the Real McKenzies, a kicka$$ Scottish-Canadian punk band.
Of all the bands in that "celtic punk" genre (Dropkick Murphies, Floggy Molly, Filthy Theiving Ba$tards, etc) the Real McKenzies do it best. They are right up there with The Pogues.

Without a doubt, it's AC/DC's "It's a Long Way to the Top (if you wanna Rock n' Roll)"
Can you say "Bagpipe Solo" in a hard rock song?
Also, Big Country had some guitar effects that made their guitars sound like bagpipes.

Easily the best is "Cadence to Arms" by the Dropkick Murphys. It'll make you want to drop everything and go join William Wallace in kicking English butt all across Scotland.
