If i wanted to get pregnant by only trying once (im still young so is he) what would some good things for me to do a week to two weeks before having sex?

Ha, what's your definition of "young"? If you're in the 15 range, forget about it. Grow up and have a life first.
If you're in the 20 range, take a good life at your life and decide from there. Is that bf really going to stick around?
If you're old enough to even consider a baby, and I seriously mean no younger than 20, you're not trying very hard if you're only doing it once. It happens, yes, but most of those are "Oh, ****, we're pregnant!!!!" babies.

Only trying once? You're very young? Get married and enjoy yourself while making a baby. For your sake and everyone around you hun. It can take most fertile couples up to a year to conceive when trying during all "possible conceivable" days.

Sarah, to get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.
After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.
After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.
Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 5 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

STOP IT! you are too young! You don't need no baby and you DON'T need to trap a young boy. I don't think you know how hard it is. You will see its not all cute and fun its hard and alot of $! THINK ABOUT THAT!

get an ovulation monitor. it can tell you when you are ovulating. that is essential. so time it right! good luck!
