Toyota is Toyota but Acura is actually a Honda, homemade type.

So buy a Honda Accord

Depends on what your looking for in a car. The Acura TSX is somewhat more performance minded. Also, Acura is the luxury division of Honda, so just having an "Acura" is supposed to carry some weight in that respect. If you could care less about that I would go with the Camry.
As far as performance goes the Camry would definitely be my pick. Powering the TSX is an Inline 4 which pumps out 205bhp. Which is alright given how much smaller the TSX is compared to the Camry. The Camry on the other hand has three engines to choose from: the 4-cylinder, the V6, and the 4-cylinder hybrid. The four pumps out a modest 158bhp and the six pumps out 268bhp.
Camry, doesn't hide behind a luxury brand name to attract buyers, it offers luxury to them straight up, which makes you wonder what a Lexus could do... The TSX is pretty much a four door Civic with an Acura logo instead.

If you want power and some luxury, I would go for a Camry V6. If you want more luxury and handling/corning ability, I would go with the TSX (manual). The 2007 Camry appeals to a wider age group than just older family folks. And if you care, the Camry is mainly assembled/built in the US, and will probably face a lot rattle. I have not heard of any rattle issues with the TSX and is mainly made in Japan. The only downside with the TSX is the power. In addition, the Camry is bigger than the TSX. Almost forgot, the TSX is not selling that well, so you could probably get a good deal, while you should expect to pay MSRP with the Camry.

Acura tsx is better because it gives you a look of an important person; also, it has a better performance on the streets. acura is the highest class from Honda motors and Toyota is the cheaper one but if you prefer Toyota buy a Scion Tc o a Lexus they are part of the heights class from Toyota motors
