XXXXXXXXXXX Give him the money as a gift not telling him what you overheard. If he is the way you say he is than maybe he will except it this way. Good luck hun.We all need sister like you. XXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Why offer to help pay for the treatments if you know he can afford it, especially if he'd be embarrassed about it? When people are have fertility problems, I've learned that you should not say anything about it, especially if you weren't told in the first place.

If your brother can't afford the treatments, and if you can then at least offer to help. Make sure to tell him that you inadvertently overheard the conversation and that you would like to help if he and his wife would like for you to. Tell him that you'll help by being supportive and that if he wants you'll help finacially. Good luck to you and them

Tell him that you couldn't help but overhear and that you would be able to help and support them both any way that you can. Tell them to discuss it and decide if they need the help, or set up a way for them to slowly pay the money back to you.

I would wait and see if he asks for your help. Maybe talk to your sister-in-law over lunch about it casually and see how she feels. Don't force the issue.

I THINK THAT IT IS A WONDEFUL THING TO DO, BUT
I WOULD JUST WAIT AND SEE IF YOUR BROTHER
BRING IT TO YOU ATTENTION. BUT IT NICE TO KNOW
THAT YOU WOULD DO THIS.
