The 'woman' who brings the developing human being to be killed is a murderer. The 'person' doing the 'procedure' is a murderer. The person accompanying the 'woman' is a conspirator. Once the egg is fertilized it is not a matter of a "woman's right to choose" because the fertilized egg is a separate entity and is not a part of the woman. It is receiving nourishment and a warm environment to develop. The fertilized egg could be incubated out of the woman and thrive elsewhere if it is not destroyed - if it is not murdered. Murder is prohibited!

So whats the question?

Well, than dont go and have an abortion and let others do what they want to their OWN body!

Preaching just drives the masses further away from what you want. Its the "don't touch this button" affect. The button will be touched!

And if we can incubate an egg, isn't that against the religion as well? How is that following natures way of having a baby? That is playing G-d. I thought that was a big no-no!?

According to the Supreme Court, a child isnt a child until it is born. It isnt viable by 12 weeks, which is the furthest a woman is allowed to be pregnant in most states for an abortion.

Many women who choose to have an abortion have to make this choice and it tears them up inside. Most women do NOT use abortion for birth control. They use it because it is their bodies and according to the US government, they can. Abortion is legal in at least 57 countries in the world (that is the number of countries in which statistics on abortion are kept).

What would you do if you knew that you were pregnant (or if you're a guy, your wife was pregnant). Your doctor tells you that your baby is horribly malformed and will live a life of severe pain and agony. It would be more humane to let that child go, I believe. If your wife or you were raped (God forbid) and became pregnant. Would you keep the child and raise it? Could you look at that child and not think about the attacker? Doubtful.

You have absolutely NO right to interfere in a woman's right to do what she wants with her body. Period. It isnt your business. If you are so worried about her salvation, pray for her and let God deal with it. If God punishes her for the abortion then He does. Its between Him and her.

Are you going to take care of these children?? If abortion is made to be illegal, many of these young women will have to go on welfare to help care for their children. Are you willing to foot that bill? Doubtful.

One more thing: Where does it end? No more birth control pills? If you think about it, a birth control pill basically aborts the fertilized egg by creating a uterus that is incompatible with implantation. It prevents it. So according to you, the egg is a person when it is fertilized. And so the prevention of implantation is basically a monthly abortion without the messy paperwork.

So I guess you are all for welfare and completely against birth control methods- right?

Your argument has a flaw. The fertilized egg could not be incubated and thrive outside of the woman's body- this is not scientifically possible until very late in the pregnancy after the egg has grown into a fetus and the fetus has begun making surfactant in its lungs.

I agree. And I like the very notion that if they do not want the "egg"; henceforth called baby, because that is what it is - then let them have the baby removed and placed into a woman who cannot have her own; or let them put it in an artificial means of growing and developing instead of trying to come up with cloning. Let's face it, we are a prevention minded society? So, prevent. Don't use it as a means of birth control. The removal of the baby would also take care of the need for rape victims who do not wish to have that child and given to a woman who would love to have a baby within her womb.

Thank you for allowing me to express myself on this particular issue.

I think you are wrong. You are not considering many other factors in this argument which you didn't mention. A fertilized egg has the potential to become a person. But it is still just a bunch of cells.

Fertilized eggs are not citizens (until they are born), and are not protected under the United States Constitution.

Chicken eggs are basically aborted babies, and I eat them all the time. Yum.

I disagree, and this is why:

If you are going to count life as beginning the moment the body begins to form, then you have to also include the decomposition of the body, down to two cells.

what are you doing for foster children, or for older orphans that no one wants to adopt? Wouldn't that be a better way to spend your time, given your strong beliefs?

Pro life = murder. After all it is the pro life movement and their god that bombs clinics, kills doctors, abuses women and it is their god that makes abortion murder. Abortion is not about murder it is about God and the Anti Christ.
People are defined by the God they choose to follow. I follow the God of the bible and his Pro Choice views. My God invented abortion because he knows that sometimes it is not right for a child to be born. MY God knows when it is wrong and right. MY God does not kill babies or fetuses. MY God takes the soul of the fetus and protects it from harm. MY God does not fear the actions of men or the effect of their actions. MY God has the power to correct mistakes made by men.
The pro life god is a weak god. Their god allows the murder of innocent children and the killing of doctors and the bombing of hospitals. Such a god should not be followed. Do you choose my all powerful, all loving God or do you choose the hate filled murdering god of the pro life movement? Who will you follow? Who will you believe?

o.k. then you adopt all 1 million or so babies in the u.s. that, if abortion is illegalized, would either have to be put up for adoption in our already overwhelmed and under funded foster care system, or be found in dumpsters or be found in the wombs of suicide victims.

death is a part of life, but abuse and neglect don't have to be.

and what is this "woman" in quotaion marks business?
