Should be under "tools" on your browser bar.

Seriously though, this depends on your web browser. I'll assume your using Internet explorer, in which case you can go to internet options, then clear your cache, and temporary internet files. If that still doesn't clear it, you may have auto-fill enabled, in which case your computer will remember information previously typed into internet text fields, this can also be played around with in internet options, and could be disabled completely if wished. I'm sorry though that i couldn't answer the last part more thoroughly though, being that i don't use that internet browser on a regular basis.

u could do that on delete your history
