Exercise at least 30min everyday, be it jogging or brisk walking. Less carbs and drink more water. Drink a big glass of water before every meal so that you'll tend to feel fuller and not gorge yourself in the meal. Have 5 - 6 small meals instead of 3 heavy meals. Eat more veggies.
I've lost 14KG over a period of 2 yrs. Mine took such a long time cause I don't exercise at all. I just cut down on my meals.

Dont go on those Crash diets because when you stop your diet you gain all your weight back plus more, just eat the recomended portions on the nurtion lable and exercise. thats the only good way and cheap way. and you dont have to go to a gym to do exercise do it with friends its always fun that way. and your friends will motivate you. try lean cuisines and weight watchers. Special K two times a day for 2 weeks will help you slim your weist and loose weight. Hope that helps.

Well, CHEAPER WAY, I think that the first way to start off is to change the look of your webpage??!! Like your picture??!! That would be a first start??!! Yes it would??!! Okay okay???!!!
Next maybe try going to see Jenny Craig or somebody like that??!! They do offer specials online??!! Yes they do??!! Or maybe just sit down one day and and get a calculator and a pen and then write down how many calories you are going to be entaking for breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner??!! Because that always use to work for me??!! And then how about getting out there and going for a walk or a small jog around your neighboorhood one day??!! That would help you to burn alot of calories a day too!! Yes it would!! Okay Okay!! Bye bye for now!!

just be healthy. force yourself not to eat junk food, but healthy. dont go out and buy junk. and exercise everyday for atleast 30 mins and gradually longer than that. it takes a lot of self dicipline but you must force yourself. you can go running, stretching, swimming laps.
