Every day eat cereal and fruit for breakfast (or a non-fat yogurt). The cereal should contain little sugar, and you should use low-fat or non-fat milk.
For lunch each day eat some sort of salad (with low/no calorie dressing, or with only lemon juice or vinegar).
For dinner, eat little meat (substitute fish, soy, beans, etc). Eat two vegetables instead of any starch (pasta/rice/potatoes).
Don't eat anything fried - don't eat any fast food - make snacks healthy ones (fruits, veggies, etc.). Don't eat candy, ice cream, whole milk, etc.

are you talking about the miricle diet where you can lose 10-17 pounds in one week? if so, I posted a question, and I only said 7-10 pounds, but hardly anyone believes me. It is true though.
