i have had it with my sons father.i don't know what to do anymore i'm fed up with his bs he keeps on threating me about taking me to court,ghe exspects me to be scared of him he's even made threats to me saying that he is gonna slap me,kick down my door and other childish things.I'm wondering should i get an order of protection against him because of his threats or what i don't know what to do anymore.

not only should you get a restaring order but report him to the police when he is threaten you have his bottom arrested not only will it make him think twice about his words and actions if he ever was to take you to court it proves his violent tendencies... Good Luck

YES. Get an order of protection. And then educate yourself. Chances are you are both playing games with each other in order to get to each other. Try to see clearly that this isn't going to work out. Think about the well being of your child, and that it is most important to raise a good man, not a man who acts like a child and is disrespectful to women. If you have any respect for yourself, you will cut him off and try to better yourself so that you can get into a better situation. And take control of your reproductive health so that next time you don't wind up so completely connected to a lousy man because of a child.

Well if you do not love him anymore and cannot live with him anymore, then it is ok to leave him to get a personal protection order.
Whatever you do, think about the longer term consequences.
If you stay with him, in the longer term what would your life be like? Would you be happy or satifised with it ?
If you leave him or take out a personal protection etc, what would your life be like? Would you be happy or satifised with it ?
Think, then make a decision.

Ignore him. If he is stupid enough to try and cause you bodily harm, call the cops on him. They won't put up with his bullshit.
