Someone created a Yahoo email account in my full name to impersonate me. (I know who they are). If I can prove the IP, I can get them arrested for stalking. Also can I get Yahoo to remove that email account? If so, should I call their corporate headquarters or (god forbid) try to email Yahoo Customer Support?

How does one get arrested for net stalking? I've been stalking Jessica Simpson all over the internet, but nothing's happened yet. The only time I got in any trouble was when I sat outside of her house with a sign asking her to get back with Nick. Otherwise, I chase her all over the net.

I think they only will if the police are involved and ask them to trace. But I think they will only do this if your life is being threatened.

Call customer support.

Also, IP addresses are useless for this matter.

You have to ask the FBI. Yahoo will not trace it.
