I had some cramps when I walked for a long time. I asked the dr. and he said it was the uterus stretching and it was normal. He also said that it is normal when you are dehydrated. I never get thirsty though. I had a carbonated drink at the mall when I was walking around..but he said that wad defeating the purpose and only water hydrates the body like it needs to be. Things like coffee, tea, and soda actually make the body thirst more. So, I started drinking more and it went away.
