I don't know any more where you can buy them, but I remember that they were what I thought, was expensive.
When I made wrappers for my daughters wedding,
I used colored paper, figured out the number of inches
to center it and ran them off of my computer on regular paper and cut them myself.
It was easy to do, I could work on them when I wanted to and it only cost me the pack of the paper and some ink.
