I know it sounds square that I don't know the answer but I really don't know any teenagers.

you notice they never stand up straight. they bend a the knees and kind of straddle the legs so the paants dont come offf.!!! :)

I wish I knew...see, I am incapable of buying a pair of jeans that actually fits...I am so paranoid about tight clothes that even when I think I am buying a pair that fit or are only 'a little loose'...they end up being really super baggy...and of course...since I never put anything away, I can never find a belt...so I am always walking around trying to pull my pants up...and now I work in a daycare and my worse fear is having one of those little tots depants me in front of a parent/.....AHHHHH

Most of them wear a thin belt and get baggy shirts so the belt won't show. Or they just buy the legs too long and the waists just right.

Lol, in specific situations i will positioned on a belt yet I dont like belts so i will positioned on a million conventional pair of inexpensive pants then i will positioned my dishevelled pants on and that i will then fold the pants decrease than the dishevelled pants over the sting of the dishevelled pants i'm donning. Kinda clever, it quite works real properly.

hmm..good question, they somehow defy gravity. Most likely the wear a belt to keep them up...I don't get the point of the baggy pants though, wouldn't they be more comfortable in pants that fit??

I don't know. You mean the guys who have it down past their butts so you can see their underwear, right? One time this guy was crossing the street w/ both arms full of groceries and the just kept coming down... The light was about to change so he had to shuffle across w/ his pants at his ankles, lol!

I know sometimes they will put safety pins in them and pin them to their under shorts so that they will slip down but not off and now days they have those hideous long shirts that really doesnt keep them from falling off but keeps you fron having to see the crack of their behinds everytime they sit down or get up. BLAH!

In many episodes of COPS they don't, in fact in one show the guy lost all his cloths except his boxers! I don't know what's supposed to be so cool about this except maybe they think it makes them look more grown up, like they can't wait.
This teenager I knew would run around with one hand on the waist of his pants to keep them up...his friends thought he looked cool doing that...go figure.
What gets me is blacks who wear their pants so low you can see all of their shorts...what's up with that? Just to be different I guess.

A belt! Also if you were wondering...the reason they do it is because in jail you're not allowed to wear a belt so it just sort of became the new style.

many still often wear a belt or they sag just enough that they dont fall off or many actually also wear some that fit their waist and they just look baggy.

i honestly dont know. i dont wear pants that hang past but or sag a whole lot b/c i hate that style! i perfer jeans that fit a little better.
but usually a belt!
