What was the prgram like? Was it fun, or really intense. Or both. Was there enough down time? How old were you and what level were you placed in? And anything else on the programs.

I highly recommend that you check out the "Ballet Talk for Dancers" message board, which has an entire sub-section devoted solely to summer intensives:

In the case of the summer intensive forums, you have to be a registered member of Ballet Talk to view the messages, but it's really easy to register: it's free and you remain anonymous. The first forum in this section, "2005/2006 Summer Intensives," is organized alphabetically, and the three programs you've listed are included, with tons of first-hand information from people who've attended them, including answers to your specific questions.

Given your awareness of these programs, which shows your involvement in ballet, you really should be a member of Ballet Talk. I've heard positive reviews of all three programs, but that's all I can tell you.

PNB has a great program that really is intensive. I've never heard of the others.

Many times you dance in the morning with yoga or something, then you dance at night. There is a performance at the end of the summer.
