Yes,
Something similar happened last year. In the top of the 5th, Gabe Kapler was on first when Tony Graffanino hit a deep fly ball near the line in left that Kapler thought might be in play, so he started running hard. As he rounded second base, he ruptured his left Achilles tendon and sprawled on to ground. The ball went over the fence for a homer, but Graffanino wisely stopped at second base while Kapler was attended to. After many minutes, Kapler was loaded onto a cart and taken off the field. Alejandro Machado, appearing in his 4th Major League game, entered as a pinch-runner and scored his first Major League run in front of Graffanino.
Also in 1977
In the bottom of the 6th, Bobby Bonds was on 2nd base with one out and attempted a steal of third. Catcher Charlie Moore's throw hit Bonds in the head, sending him to the hospital. The ball ricocheted out of play, but Bonds couldn't make the trip home. Instead, substitute runner Gary Nolan (a pitcher) scored the run instead.
Same would happen if someone hit a HR. It's called a courtesy runner.

Not sure about death!
However, if the game is tied lets say 4-4 and the home team has a player on third and the batter hits a homerun and the guy from third scores bt the batter never touches first base, he can be called out and the run does not count!

Depends. He would have to be drug around and touch each base, including home plate. Then yes it would count.
That is a very unlikly situation girl. haha
If someone would die on the field, I doubt the game would go on. No one would probably drag the player around the bases tho. So I do not think it would count unless some jackass coach decides to drag him around :-/....

hmm i don't know. I would have to say no. Because i know when a runner is injured on the field and he is off base, the play is still going until he stays on the base and they can tag him. But i don't know about a homerun. Well if it ever happens i'll tell you.

He has to touch all the bases including home plate, and no being dragged by someone else dosen't count, and yes i think people would still care if it was game 7 of the world series, they might feel sorry, but we all like to win...

no it wouldnt the base runners have to touch home plate before counting it. It happened in a new york yankees grand slam they never went all the way around the bases so they didnt count.

LOL!!!! No it wouldn't count because there was this one time a Mets player hit a game-winning grand slam and the team swarmed him b4 he got to home. his run didn't count, but the Mets won because the other players' runs count.

I think everyone in the game would be too shocked and concerned to care or carry on the game.
