if your talking about a real one then you need to get a laser treatment but it can be extreamly pain full and still leave a scar

It does involve some form of laser. There are some Christian charities who specalize in this or offer it. In CA. a nun or a convent offer this, People Magazine did an article on it a couple of years ago.
