You're probably a neophyte drinker, too, so try not to drink too much the first few times you drink and drive.
Please don't panic.
If you're a girl, forget all of the above and stay out of the driver's seat altogether. Plus that frees up your hands to talk on the phone and send text messages, as well as smoking, eating, and giving hj's.

Do not pull forward after the light turns green until you look
to see if anyone is going to run a red light..
Do not get distracted by conversations with passengers or cell phones..
Do not presume that someone is going to turn just because they
have their turn signal on...

You must always think ahead of your car, the traffic around you, and the traffic situation ahead of the cars ahead of you.
