I have a boli or a huge pimple coming, down there where my underware rub, whats the best way to get ride of the painfull thing..I wanna pop it NOW!!

You need to see a doctor asap. You have no idea what it is and popping it might not be the correct thing to do. You could make a bad situation far worse. If it is extremely painful, go to the ER.

Put a hot towel on it and it will grow a bit and soften, then pull the sides and stand back as it gushes....If it doesn't, I have heated a sewing needle with a pliers in the fire, shake it to cool (don;t blow on it and contaminate it). Then stick it slowly and let it puss....

ooo, I wish I could be there to pull it. I love watching that pus squirt. Lucky stiff...

Dont do that. You could cause it to get infected or maybe staff. Go to the dr and let him help you with this delicate issue.

The best thing to do is to go to your Dr. you need a round of antibiotics. They are caused by infection and it is your bodies way of geting rid of the infection. The antibiotics will help it heal faster. They are not fun, I know!
