I wish you all the luck in the word. I'm not a doctor but I would think it would be o.k. Your son's death was a horrific thing but it does not mean it will happen with the next baby. A miscarriage also a terrible thing to suffer is a common occurrence (that sounds terrible I'm sorry but they say on average every woman will have at least one). Neither tragedy is due to genetics so I wish you luck but if you are concerned talk to your obyn.

sorry about your losses. i have been fortunate with my pregnancies but my sister had quite a few problems. 1 miscarriage and an ectopic pregnancy. she had 1 child after the miscarriage and had to have the fallopian tubes on one side removed due to the ectopic. she was told that she only had about a 10% chance of conceiving after that. well it took a while (7yrs)but she did have another baby. no fertility drugs either.
best of luck to you. don't get discouraged.

Miracles happen every day. Do as much medical research that you can. Search your family history, anything. You need to try to find any connection with your past troubles. Get second opinion. More complications can be dangerous for you, both physically and mentally. Dont take any risks that you are not prepared to deal with.

I've hear many many many success stories, yes here on Earth. This woman was a having the same problem you did, and she got pregnant with triplets naturaly. IT all works out, just give your body a rest and don't stress out.
