Is anyone here friends with a celebrity or known them in person or dated one? with etc... It could be a musician/actor/actress but it has to be famous!!!!!!!!!

I used to hang out with Ru Paul...before the ugly blonde wig and the cross-dressing. I've eaten lunch with Buzz Aldrin (the one that walked on the moon!). I lent my pen to Clay Harper (only famous in Atlanta) so he could write a note to Michael Stipe of R.E.M., who I later ran into at Kroger because I live in the same town, Athens, Georgia. I went to a P.i.L. concert, and Johnny Rotten threatened to walk off the stage and go home if I wouldn't smile for him. I've interviewed Ben Bova (science fiction author) for a magazine (well, I was the sound tech for the interview), as well as Terry Brooks. I checked Bubba Sparxx into a hotel room on his birthday. I talked to the driver for Sister Hazel on the telephone so he could find the hotel and check the band in to the hotel. I know lots of science fiction authors, famous and not.

I was best friends with Brad's little sis all through school. Got to watch him perform and stay in same house when we were kids. Still get to see him when he comes home. But I guess he is more famous here...lol

I will tell you a little secret - if a person says they "know" a celebrity then they are demeaning themselves - because they are saying that the "celebrity" is more important than they are...
celebrities are people who are over paid for easy work

my son has many famous friends. chester from linkin park, singer from disturbed, trent resnor, and the list goes on and on. guess what dude? they are just like me and you. being a celebrity is just a job, it's not who they are.
