Alright i have a Probalem with my CC teammate. He keeps insisting on making fun of me! Everytime i join a team with him he does this?! I never did anything to him! Should I confront him about his poor sportsmanship? I dont understand I'M HIS TEAMMATE! Its not normal to hate your teamates is it?

Take the high road and ignore it. Don't say anything to him, the coach, or anyone else. Earn his respect through your hard work and dedication. Don't give him the satisfaction of acknowledging that hes doing it or that it gets to you. This gives him an out to stop it. I learned this lesson once from a boss - give people an out. If you try to make him stop he never will. If you don't acknowledge it, then he can change his behavior without losing face. Although not likely to happen, if he apologizes, accept that with minimal discussion and move on. This is not a case of backing down ... its a very succussful strategy for changing behavior around you. Get your satisfaction in knowing others realize that he is a dick.

Wow what a bum. Maybe he's jealous or unreasonably competitive. Either way, you should call him on it. AND work really hard at beating him at his own game by totally kicking his butt and running faster than him. hahaha.

he feels you are a threat... he thinks that you are better there for messing up his chances of getting better...
so like:
"theres one spot on a certant team he really wants it but he is afraid that you will get it instead of him even tho doud be happy eather way!!"
show him he's just as good as you!!

he's probably just jealous.. ignore him.. i know it'll be hard, but don't let him see that he's getting to you.. he'll leave you alone one of these days... he needs a reaction from you for him to think that what he's doing is worth his time!
