I say sexy. And not just on her looks - if she were my next door neighbor, she'd be ugly. But the whole super-wealthy party girl thing really creates this allure about her. It really irritates me too, because I shouldn't care or get sucked it, but I do. I find her intriguing. Dammit.

Not me. Shes not drop dead gorgeous. But she isn't the ugliest thing alive. The award definally goes to Nicole Richie. But most people think that shes ugly because she acts very bitchy.
