Ice any sore joints. Stretch really well after you warm up a bit and then again after you work out. Your body will eventually get used to the unusually intense workout. The soreness is from tiny tears in your muscles. This is a good thing because as they heal you become stronger.

Try to stretch for 20 minutes prior to practice and when you are done, stretch for about 10 minutes. Get in a hot tub of water with epsom salts and just relax.
It worked for me when I played ice hockey and football.

Okay don't look like a slut first of all. No makeup and hair in a ponytail. Tell her to wear Soffee shorts,tank top or shirt,sports bra,underwear,socks and tennis shoes. Good Luck to your cousin :))

soak in a hot tub then stretch to loosen the muscles more You may want to eat a few bananas before bed. The potassium may help keep you from getting muscle cramps in the night.

Sit down, in a nice warm bath, and just relax...Make sure you move a round a tiny bit...so you don;t cramp up...but just veg...It will go away eventually.

rub Vaseline on any part of ya that is sore, they also have rubbing stuff but it stinks. Vaseline works and the more ya rub the better it works, even for bruises.

or biofreeze cream
