basically I took two pills because my doctor started me weird and I had a stray pill and I figured I would take it 2 nights ago, then I forgot and realized I was off and I thought that I missed 1 so I took both to make it equal up right... then about 2hrs later the reason I had a spare pill

Not much, but don't do it very often. It doesn't help, your body doesn't do anything any better with the extra hormones.
With the talk of Hormone Replacement Therapy possibly causing cancer, why add hormones beyond the normal bodily doses as contained in the prescribed 1 PILL PER DAY?

if you miss one day taking your pill you can take it the next day with the other one ( 2 pills) but if you miss 2 days its not recommended to take 3 the next time (the 2 missed and 1)....it wont protect you and by stop taking it you may have your period sooner
