Call a friend. Call a trusted family member.
Look in the phone book for local behavioral health agencies. They often have chatlines on the phone so you can talk with a peer counselor.
You can also go to a funny movie or read a lighthearted book.
Mostly, talk to people. Real people.

OK, so NOW you add in vital details. You could have SAID it was a song title! And don't use the defense that the category is "music." Lots of people put their questions in the wrong category. Idiot.

It all depends on why , if it's something serious you should talk to those closest to you, but if not maybe you should try something you've always wanted to do but haven't, doing so might give you the sense of accomplishment.
The point is do somthing don't sit around and wait for your problems to disapear.

If IM blue, and I dont know where to go,.......... I like to bury myself in games, puzzles, and things that I can do on my own. I like to take walks, hikes, bike rides,. whatever....... just to get out and try to screw my head on straight. I dont like being blue, all the time.
