a product instead you get a service not wanted or needed. I want my money back that was misappropiated... and double charged no way to contact them...their website sends you in loops and deadends for contacting support...

Live and learn. How did you pay for the service. You can dispute to the credit card provider (if you paid via credit card) and get refund.
