Are minorities dumber than whites?

The answer is yes, and I'm taking this from the Supreme justices when they were dealing with affirmative action way back when. What do you guys think about that ?

Yes if you look at S.A.T scores. Blacks will say there "racially Bias", but that's another lame excuse.

Besides how else can you make a test that fits black folks. I have an idea that will make common sense more to black folks, try this on the next test.

Since when did Affirmative action have anything to do with how smart a person is or is not? It was started because minorities were suppressed. If there was one job to be had you can bet your life on it it will go to the white guy over the minority every time. That is before affirmative action. Also if you go by what you are saying than you should post the question is it true that women are dumber then men? Women have also been helped by affirmative action programs.

No. The dumb people are those of all of the races that do not try as hard as they can to get a good education to better themselves not only in the workforce but also in society as a whole. The dumb ones are those who ridicule the people who are trying to make their lives better. The dumb one are those who insist that affirmative action is still a good idea. Quit treating them like babies and let them stand on their own two feet for a change and see if they have any dignity.

What the hell. No. Affirmative action is here to give minorities a bigger chance of success to go to college. It is because of the racism that is running throughout this country that minorities are not getting treated right. We work just as hard as any one else and is capable of doing what any white can.

Every country regardless of its situation has smart people. The problem here is that the"whites" have the habbit of labeling people before they get to know them and before they see any sign of stupidity or intelligence, just by asking :"Where are you from?"

Asians are smarter than everyone.That is common knowledge.As for affirmative action,I don't agree with it and I'm a minority.I am very intelligent and am very capable of getting a job without "the White man" throwing me a bone.

Affirmative Action is just a way of saying, "Boy, you can't cut it".

They are less intellegent, but dumb is too broad of a term. It is in the culture of most white people to work hard at school and go to college. However, latinos and blacks may have parents with little to no schooling, so school is less important. Think about it, your parents probably made you work hard in school. They made an effort to have you do well in school. Good grades are a part of being good parents to us. But I have heard that many latino parents will not involve themselves in their child's school and make sure they get a job as soon as they are legally allowed.
There has been no proof that white people are the smartest, so unless you believe in eugenics, than how smart you are has way more to do with how you were raised than the color of your skin if you were born with a full deck of cards.
